Question 1

Do we need a technical team?

Accepted Answer

No. We handle the setup, the connections and any changes later. You tell us how calls should be handled, we build it, and you approve it before it goes live.

Question 2

Which languages can the agent speak?

Accepted Answer

Hindi, English and Hinglish are the most common. Many other Indian languages are possible too. Tell us your customers' languages and we will confirm on the demo call.

Question 3

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

Accepted Answer

We recommend the agent introduces itself as your business's virtual assistant. It speaks naturally, and anyone who wants to talk to a person can be transferred to your team.

Question 4

What happens when the agent can't answer something?

Accepted Answer

We set clear limits on what the agent answers. Anything outside those limits goes to your team, either as a live transfer or as a message with a callback.

Question 5

Can it work with our CRM, calendar and WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. We connect common CRMs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and WhatsApp Business. If you use custom software, we will check it during the demo.

Question 6

Can we hear it before it goes live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up test calls for your use case so you and your team can try it yourselves and ask for changes before any customer hears it.

Question 7

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what we automate and how many systems we connect. After the demo we share a written plan and timeline before any work starts.

Question 8

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your call volume and what we build for you. After the demo we send a written proposal, so you know the cost upfront.

Question 9

Where is our data kept?

Accepted Answer

Call data and recordings are stored on servers in India, and access is limited to your team and ours.
